Verification may be required to access or continue using certain features. Failure to complete or pass verification may result in suspension or denial of access to the platform.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
    You must not share or transfer your account to anyone else.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant crcle a limited licence to use it for platform functionality.
Private messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, you remain responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and appropriate.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Metadata:
While message content is encrypted, we collect limited metadata (e.g. sender and recipient IDs, timestamps, message size, delivery status) to ensure security, detect fraud, and improve services. Metadata is not used for advertising or profiling and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

As a UK company, we comply with the UK GDPR. You have the right to:
